(Really don't want to know what Ujfi is thinking.)
The pre-match press conferences for the UEFA Cup semis were today, while the whole world and all of its press were watching Barca and United. (They really did happened.) In the one that's relevant to Serie A, Cesare promised everyone that Fiorentina are going to attack. Not because they're just that badass, but because
going to Everton trying to defend was an abject disaster, so his boys are going to get to go play like they always do.
Also, after being told by the training staff he'd need 7-10 days from recover from the thigh knock he picked up against Palermo, Ujfi is not only in the squad, but will face a late fitness test to start the match. Great, we discover he's a superhero just as he gets reay to leave.
Projected (fan site) lineup:
Frey; Jorgensen, Gamberini, Ujfalusi (Kroldrup), Gobbi; Liverani, Kuzmanovic, Montolivo; Santana, Pazzini, Mutu.
Donadel is suspended for this leg; if Ujfi, Mutu or Pazzini get a card tomorrow, they're suspended for the return.
"Why, no, nothing does bother me. Why do you ask?"
Sad Cesare, longing Ujfi. Not an uplifting combination, really.
Angry Baron.
Unrelated to the UEFA Cup: Comotto has apparently
rather loudly cut ties with Torino, ripping the team and its ownership. Whoa. Right now word is he'd join Fiorentina for cash and (part?) ownership of Cacia, Osvi or Lupoli, but Comotto cost Toro almost €3 million, so they're not going to let him go cheap.

Here's Comotto's response to it all. &hearts
