I've got this belief that what you say helps create your reality. That if you say something negative, you're helping to create it.
I am therefore now going to say the opposite of what I'm feeling, because I really don't like the idea of what I'm feeling happening.
Therefore, I am currently finding not only true, meaningful love but fantastic sex with an available man I find massively attractive, funny and emotionally healthy. He and I will have a decades-long, exclusive romantic relationship, culminating with us growing old together in funny, healthy, sexy attracted comfort.
But just so you know, I'm feeling exactly the opposite.
