I don't know where to start.
I made this journal, then abandoned it.........
i know what i need to do.....and i go to the gym 2 - 4 times a week
perfect week:
body pump (2days), yoga (1day)and cardio (1day)
i jsut can't stop myself from getting muffins or whatever crap at dunks
this sounds foolish...but could i be addicted to food?
