This week was not good....I ate on average 3,000 calories.. I need to get back on track.
I've discovered this lonliness.....one that i;'ve apparently been piling food into...as i did this week.......acknowlaging this
I also poured an entire bottle of red wine into that whole last night.
not good
considering joining a running club. but I am fearful......220 pounds, am likely to get laughed off the track?
I think i will make a huge effort to run the lake on friday and see how I feel.
I must get myself back on track..its too early to give up
