well, not a whole lot - just about 25-30 pounds. I know you are aiming for more than that. But strangely enough, it seems that the more I research and speak to other women, the less they have to lose, the harder it seems to be for them, so I am apprehensive. I have always had high movement jobs (I bartended for five years, for example), so I have never HAD to exercise, and I have always eaten what I wanted. But about two years ago I started working in education and I started gaining a lot of weight. Now whatever I do doesn't seem to make much differnce - I hover right around where I am. I think about it all the time but am somehow never motivated enough to really make a difference. The best I had done was to eat a Slimfast for breakfast (which was no problem since I hate eating in the mornings) and then a Lean Cuisine for lunch. Then I found out I was pregnant and gave up on that. Now I am recovering from my surgical and can't exercise. :( Anyway, I have just started this journal (breathingroom06) for the purpose of the surgical experience, so perhaps now I can keep a log for diet and exercise (when my two week grace period is up). Thanks for responding - I hope this helps you to update. :)
