Since then..i've weighed in again..
i'm down 2 more pounds this week..
for a total of 5.5 from 138 - 132.5

We had a big hockey game that night....we on WOOHOO...
This number includes drinks and apps i had with coworkers..i was very hungry...but i did well considering the salad i ate before the game was as low as that the menue at baja fresh can go.
this could have gone far worse..

I woke up late....its difficult for me to fit in comfortable meals when my day isnt scheduled. fuckit, there is no real excuse..weeks are not easy!

busy day.....went to teh gym after work, cmae how showered, grabbed some eggplant from the fridge, an apple a water and went to K;s to meet S and go to the game (we lost)
got home late.....was starving..realized i was under by 300 calories...went downstairs and absolutley binged.
its embarassing..
i supose it could have been worse.

Last week i didnt work out past wednesday, becaues i felt sick..not even during the weekend..
this week im starting strong...
I did a tiny bit of cardio waiting for pump to start in wakefield (15mins)
did pump and didnt like it..i prefer marc;s class and its closer to home
today i went and did the eliptical..
i want to go the gym tomorrow....i'll try to run for 30 mins..if i'm successful i'll leave after the 30mins..if not, i;ll just do 50 like i have been..
this is a LOT of work!!!
