What I should have eaten:

The ways in which I screwed up:
Basically, I went out to dinner with Kevin..and caved for apps....i love apps....we got their buffalo wings (Bonless) and nachos..
then i got the salmon..
well the entire meal was 3,300 -- roughly...and only 480 of that was the salmon entre..
this awareness thing really freakin sucks.
