Yesterday I was good..

this is what I ate:

1,843 184 80 65

This is what I should have eaten:

CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN
1200 - 1550 135 - 252 27 - 60 30 - 136

I'm still over the calories, but by less than 300. This isnt too bad, i don't think. I'm in range with the carbs...over with the fat and in range with the protien.

with the calories though, i'm still under the recommended 2,000 mark, which is dieting.

So, I still need to cut calories and reduce fat.......

After i logged my food..I went downstairs and ate the rest of my Edy's and Ben and Jerry's. I'm absolutly incoragable...

Although, it could have been worse..I could have gone and eaten the doritos or nachos with the salsa con queso sauce......but I didnt.

i know it looks bad as a record, but this really is good for me. I need to keep it up....

the water part seems to be falling into line....but we'll see how that works next week when I go back to work.

My personal goal is to have a pint of water before leaving for work, one for lunch .....the big one..is to see if ican down a water bottle of water during the day..we'll see how it works..if im peeing too much its just not goign to work for me.

anyway..go me!
