allen and i have turned into paranoid obsessive Add/Drop freaks. we are going to grab armfuls of Add/Drop forms, fashion them into parachutes, and jump into the gorge.
there's this area at the bottom of one gorge where students somehow get down there and write stuff using rocks on this one flat part. when Add/Drop started, the message was changed to "JUMP NOW." today some people were down there changing it to "I HEART YOU. DON'T JUMP!" (but with an actual heart, not the word).
i like it here so much, but all this scheduling bullshit is taking away how much more i could love it. i just want my schedule finalized, but it's not and it preoccupies my mind and i can't shut up about it. it doesn't help that i'm impatient. they certainly don't call this the Big Red Tape for nothing.
i took some pics today, but we laid down in the grass in the arts quad and never got up again to go to the engineering quad until it was dinner time. i have to install my digicam software on my laptop first, though before i can upload and who knows how long that'll take me. hopefully i'll have them up this weekend, though.
classes started Thursday, everything seems great so far. i just want to actually be enrolled in the classes i'm showing up for!
