hey, swing dancing lesson this saturday, if you guys didn't get the email. $20 is a lot, but i think it'd be worth it and would put some more fun and pizazz back into swing dancing since we've been getting kinda tired of it lately, or whatever reason we have for not going the past two weeks.

yesterday was: more shopping. oooh, there were these two most beautiful dresses that fit me so well and that i loved so much, but i never need any dresses, so it'd be silly for me to buy them. my dad thinks there might be enough justification for me to buy one but i could never choose between the two. ::sigh:: shopping woes. maybe if i go to lots and lots of symphony orchestra concerts next year...

today was: swimming at yancey's, dinner at Ancheaux's, loitering downtown, hanging out at sponge's watching poker (cliff was trying to give me advice about flushes, straights, and whores??) and Family Guy. i don't much appreciate being held down on top of people to force me to not be able to leave when i need to, but i guess it's partially my own damn fault for sitting on top of them in the first place. anyway, it was fun, and i even got a cookie prize for bringing daniel and yancey back to yancey's place.

i'll have pictures of the show up soon, but i gotta get to bed to get up at 6:30 for my last riding lesson. awwww ;_;

speaking of riding, we were out at the barn today and becky was riding and i was reading (The Trial of all books!), and my instructor's son (about 5 yrs. old?) was there and kept falling down just while he was playing around. he didn't get hurt, so it was hella funny. "Wanna play baseball with me? See, you just throw my hat in the air, and then you catch it, and then you hit something!" he then proceeded to throw his hat in the air, catch it, kick a wooden desk, rebound off of it and fall backwards. another time he was being a karate kid and did this jump turn around kick thing right into a door, fell, and then tripped over this thing holding the door open. anyway, at one point i was helping him clean up a little cut he got on his knee while falling when he was running, and i think if engineering doesn't work out for me, i'll go into animal science and be a vet of some sort just cause i like fixing things and patching them back up. it's like the Florence Nightingale passage we read that one time in AP Eng. this year.

damn, i have to call Frau back. my mom said she called and wanted me to call her back about our AP tapes being unreadable (?!?!?!!?!?!?). that would be awful, although i suppose i could just take the placement test which i'd probably have to do anyway.

sorry this entry is turning out to be so long. i'm not sleepy, though.
