Art Adventures, Part 4
It's been an exciting two weeks! Tomorrow is our last day. I finished my three paintings officially today (painting the edges and adding my signature). I may be able to work on one more painting for a bit, but I am more or less done for the two weeks. Tomorrow we have to move our stuff out and clean up. The good news is, that we should find a way to come back to the space relatively soon on a permanent basis, assuming no one is waiting in line for it.
There are a lot of observations and thoughts on my mind that I may or may not have time to dig into next week. For now, I'll just share a slightly better image of my first painting, and the second one in the series that I just finished today. As usual, the photo is a quick snapshot and doesn't really do the colors or textures justice (there's a glare and the colors are way too desaturated), but I wanted to share with you all. A couple of people have already expressed interest in purchasing it once I've decided on a price, which is very encouraging.
Painting is 36" x 24".
I'm going to try to keep at it and see where this all will lead. I'm very happy so far and am completely enjoying myself... more than I can say.
