Summary:A promise to fulfill he heads toward Beijing, where he is going to meet the wave that swept over Asia like a tsunami.
He laid back and landed on his back. The entire day had been so much fun and he didn’t consider being tired until his head fell onto his pillow.
The sound of cars roaring outside reminded him every time that he was in China and that sometimes made him miserable. The thought of staying in a place like paradise, while his sister was in the hospital getting a treatment that would only prolong her life for more than a month felt crap.
Her smile and laughter were clinging like a bell in his ears even though she was not beside him. Junsu has gotten so used to Junha’s childish behavior and immense desire to cuddle with him. They were so close.
A knock brought him back to reality and Junsu opened the door. A tired chipper Taemin stood outside with chips and all kind of snacks in his arms. “Ge can I come in?”
The sat down on the floor and Taemin opened up all the bags and drinks. Junsu lit the Tv and let the voices drown him. Sometimes he thought that Taemin must have talked to him, blabbering about unimportant stuff like he always did.
Kim Jaejoong. Was that really him? He still couldn’t believe his eyes and he wasn’t left much time to double check before Taemin dragged him out.
It seemed like the cashier didn’t take credits and Taemin insisted he had paid with credit before. It led to an argument and in the end Taemin was furious and dragged him outside, shouting back that he would never come to come to this restaurant again.
Junsu could only blink and stare back at the stranger whom in definition he bet was Kim Jaejoong.
The encounter left him like a stone and he didn’t talk during the entire ride home and still stayed quiet until Taemin caught him staring at empty space and couldn’t take it anymore.
Night was blurring away while the sun rose from to take its place on the sky. Junsu had stayed up the entire night, waiting. He felt like there was some unfinished business left for him to do.
Switching on the TV changed the channels and stopped when he found what he was searching for. It was a morning show for children and slowly changed to morning news for teenagers, reporting about the famous Chinese bands and latest gossip.
There! He turned the sound on, nearly reaching maximum. Beside him on the floor an annoyed Taemin groaned. “Ge turn it down! You want to make me deaf in the morning?”
-“reporting about the latest hot topic Dong Bang Shin Ki. The gods who rose from east is finally arriving in China next week at the 18th July. He didn’t listen to the entire news. Instead he rushed outside and took Taemin’s wallet with him.
Junsu couldn’t believe it. Was he really dreaming yesterday?
