So, I saw The Avengers this weekend. And now I'm finally getting around to squeeing about it here. And squee I will, because god damn you guys, where did this movie come from and why is it so great? (Answer, I know, is fun actors + Joss Whedon = magic).

hulk was so fantastic and all I want is him and Tony to have a buddy movie where they do science and fight crime and fight briefly about ethics or something and then fight even worse crime (and if they made out that would also be okay)

Yeah, seriously. I know I'm all OTP OTP right now, but stepping back and looking at it like a normal person, I seriously think they would be idiots not to do this at some point. It would keep things varied and would also clearly be awesome.

There are so many people I know who have said this and it makes me so happy. I'm not even sure where my love for her comes from -- I also HATE LiT. I think mostly I just think she's super pretty. But yeah, she rocked this part.

Also did not like Lost in Translation at all. Also really like Scarlett Johansson. I think it is (1) because she is undeniably super-hot and (2) weirdly, because I loved her in The Perfect Score, which is a stupid movie the rest of the world has long forgotten about, but that for some reason I enjoy very much

Which is ALL THE LOVE. One of my first fandoms was Alias, and Black Widow just takes me back. Kickass female spies manipulating the shit out of people will never not make me happy.
