Daycare
I'm really enjoying spending the day at home with my kids and doing activities with them. The extra cash is also welcome.
For now, I have one extra kid, but I'm planning on finding a few more to join us. There are a few things I need to do to make it legal. So far, I've upped the insurance. Next week I will be doing a First Aid and CPR class and the week after that I will start a program required by the gov't to become subsidized. I still need to get my police check and a police check for my spouse and register as a company so not to have to give our my social insurance number.
It's a lot of investment of time and money. With the 1 kid, I'm not making any profits, that's why I need more. We decided I will be doing this for 3 more years, and then I will return to work while the kids are at school.
So I've joined a few forums to get menu and game ideas
OMG! Their grammar is so atrocious! I have such a hard time reading the posts! The ladies I met at the course this morning (was cancelled) also had a hard time communicating. Is this how most daycare providers are nowadays?
