We interrupt this regularly scheduled indefinite hiatus to bring you the following Very Important News.
No, we are not starting a new blog. Today, anyway. We have plenty of tracks and trails all over the Interwebs, thankyouverymuch.
For the most part, we're out of the game, you know. And we're happy being serious faced little adults who responsibly watch mature television programming such The Good Wife or Modern Family or whatever. But then we're at dinner with our like-minded adult friends and they're like, "Oh, yeah, some Disney kid checked herself into rehab because a Jonas broke up with her."
And then we get that crazy eyed fangirl face you all know and love and we can't hold back as we shriek, "It's Demi Lovato! And it's not just because Joe broke up with her, though he was a total douche to bring his vampire girlfriend on tour. But Demi already had stuff, and there are pictures where it looks like she was cutting. And Selena BFF broke up with her! Allegedly!"
And then our friends are like, "Lovawho?"
And we say, "THAT'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN SAYING FOR THREE YEARS!"
And before we can go on about Demi's whole problem being Disney's determination to make her happen (kinda like "fetch"), the conversation has turned to Korea having Real Problems and we are left dying to tell someone our theory that the Jonas brothers are just dating their way through young starlets like Matt Damon did before he settled down.
Anyway. This is all a long way of saying, we are temporarily coming out of hiding for a minute because Things of Interest are happening, and we cannot remain silent. But this is not about Demi. Leave the poor kid alone, we say.
Remember forever ago when we were doing some farewell post round ups on the HSM kids and where they might land? And
we mentioned good ole' Lu and his next big release and expressed some concern, Tim Gunn style?
The trailer is out. And well... see for yourself.

What. Is. Happening?
I find myself watching this and laughing and thinking, "Oh, it's so cool that Funny or Die got Lucas to be in a fake movie trailer. And how hilarious is it that they got someone as random as the Hoff to co-star?" And then I remember this is actually for real. And then I can't decide if I think it's funny anymore. I mean, gratuitous boob shots? Really? Then again, it appears Lucas really can dance, so I guess that's positive. But then on the third hand, Hoff is playing a character not so subtly named "LaDouche." But then Lucas likes to be ironic and dance fighting is secretly awesome. Thoughts?
