The pressures of the World (and lack of sleep) have at least given me an excuse to bury myself in the pile of Third Doctor avi's I have been collecting... And OMG, I've *so* forgotten how much I love him. And yeah, THREE AND JO 4EVAH! He is *SO* pervy with her... Bhuahahaha!

I have seen some of the Third Doctor, but it's been ages ago. I think you're going to force me to revisit his era of the series. You're such a bad influence. *wink wink*

That's really interesting, the insight about Nine and Ten being Pertwee rewritten. Now I really need to go back and rewatch some.

I've gone through Nine's and Ten's seasons again... will you throw tomatoes at me if I persist in liking Eccleston's characterization of the Doctor significantly more?

The power play point is fascinating, especially that even in that day they appreciated how they needed to linger over the moment when he loses his hold over her.
