Alright, let's see how well-read yall are. I've been hired to tutor C++ to someone who's only had a bit of programming experience in LOGO, and I'd like to get a book and just follow it through with her. Any recommendations? I know C++ for You++ is alright, but anyone who gave a book a name like that can't be smart. I can surf Amazon and read reviews too, but I was wondering what books you personally have read.
