Yesterday, I was listening to another blood bank commercial on the radio. Pretty much nobody I know gives blood; they're all afraid of needles (and a free T-shirt won't change that). Since they take your contact info anyway, it'd be pretty cool if they let you know how your blood went to use; maybe it helped out a leukemia patient or someone in an automobile accident. It would probably also persuade some people who wouldn't otherwise give.

Anyway, just wanted to share my random thought with the world. Good luck on finals everybody!
