Ugh

I love the good stuff, and hate the bad. I guess that's why it's good and bad.

So, the weekend was super. Went to Marshall, chilled with Greg Friday night and Saturday until Nick and Michelle arrived. Went to the most boring baseball game ever, then went out to the Coach for waffle fries. Met some drunken friends. It was a good time. Sunday we got up early to go to the Tigers game. That was a lot of fun. It was a bus trip, so it was a lot of old Marshall folks, as well as some of Gregs family and friends. It was a great trip. Came back and Michelle and I took a nap while the boys watched SportsCenter. Then I drove home, barely awake, and crashed. Took an estimated 3.6 seconds to fall asleep. I am pooped today, but it was more than worth it!

Now for the frustrating. I called to check on my phone this afternoon. It's been 2.5 weeks since I sent it out. So I figured maybe something had been discovered. I talked to a lady who said that it was in progress and that there was no note of whether it was able to be fixed or would be swapped out. I asked if "swapping out" meant a reconditioned phone. Yes. Ooooooh. I was pissed. They had better be able to fix it, or I will be really mad. I know it's not the girl's fault, but I got mad at her. I had the flippin phone for barely a month. There is no way I am getting someone's used phone. I am getting a brand new one. I did not pay that much money for the phone to use it for 30 days and then get a hand me down. No thanks, folks. I will do whatever it takes. I got this mad today just thinking that it would happen, I don't know what I will be like if I get one back.
I could have taken it next door to the Nextel store and swapped it out to a different phone that afternoon. Sure, it would have cost 35 bucks, but I would have had a phone for the past 3 weeks. Argh. I am very frustrated, and I don't know what is going to end up happening. I just need to relax until I figure that out. No need to be this upset right now.
Deep breaths.
Peace out, yo.
