I've been meaning to post this, but I forgot.

If you pray, pray for friend of mine who lost his job recently. He has a wife and two kids and he's one of the best human beings I know. It seems that he got a really raw deal from the place he worked.

Pray for them.

My uncle Donald, the man who is married to my mother's twin sister, has just been diagnosed with lung cancer. I hear that the cancer is also in his lymph nodes. They are giving him two years. He's flying down to Texas today to start seven weeks of chemo ( Read more... )

Pray for Jerry*, my uncle again. He's back in the hospital. He has a kidney infection, an infection behind his colon and is pretty dehydrated. It's not a as bad as what he's already been through, but he asked my mama to ask me to ask y'all to pray.

Apparently it looks like there is not as much cancer as they thought and the cancer that is there is in stage one. He was pleased to hear that. They are going to let him do his chemo at home. That starts soon.

Thanks for praying if you did. We're thankful.

My uncle Jerry (my mother's sister) found out he has colon cancer. We don't know how bad it is yet. If you pray, please pray for him.

Unless something apocalyptic happens very soon, none of us will make it out of here alive. Memento mori...Christ has conquered!
