That pretty much sums up my Disneyland/Sea World/Universal Studios vacation. I have written so many letters of complaint about what happened to me at the hotel we stayed at that I just can't bring myself to talk about it any more. I'll sum it up though for those of you who are wondering: bed bugs, infested suitcase, no clothes, bites and chaos.
Surprisingly, Greg wasn't as annoying as I had anticipated. I actually managed to have some fun with him. I managed to force myself to go on Tower of Terror. I had a mini panic attack waiting in line. It wasn't so bad though. Just kind of hurt my brain. I felt like my head would just fly off but luckily it didn't.
The only reason I would ever go back to Sea World would be for the Baluga Whales. I could sit there and watch them all day. So beautiful and peaceful. It was absolutely amazing.
The San Diego Zoo was the best. Kind of hard to navigate. I got lost a few times which was kind of scary when the park closed and I was somewhere near the gorillas and couldn't find my way out of the jungle-like setting. The fact that most of the animals aren't behind bars or cages is pretty cool. You can get some awesome pictures.
Universal Studios was cool too. I went on the Mummy ride which was the fastest roller coaster I have ever been on. I snapped my neck but luckily it wasn't serious. Just kind of hard to keep your head against a 2 inch wide rack. They should have put head rests on the seats instead of some thin metal. Kind of odd but I would do it again.
I also got to see Wysteria Lane (the neighborhood of Desperate Housewives). They were on Spring break so they weren't filming and we got to see all of the houses.
Indiana Jones was of course the best. I rode that every chance I got. It was the only ride I felt comfortable on. Everything else made me feel like I was going to die or be seriously injured.
I definitely want to try to re-do the vacation since the bed bugs ruined it. Hopefully I can get some reimbursement soon so I can replace my clothes. If that hadn't happened then it would have been the best vacation ever.
