First off, my apologies for not responding to my last post (still plenty of time to get your choices in, btw! ;) ) just yet. I've got most of the pics gathered up but haven't had time to upload them yet.
My dad had an appointment for a stress test with his cardiologist this morning (they're seeing if he can be cleared to have surgery) and after we waited for a while, they told us that the cardiologist had an emergency so we had to reschedule for this afternoon. So we ended up being gone for a big part of the day and then I had a lot of other work to have to do before I could get to anything "fun-related." Well, that would be fine 'cause I was planning on having a nice "catch-up" day tomorrow anyway.
So of course we got notified that they're going to have our power shut off all frickin' day tomorrow. *le sigh* It's for our entire neighborhood for repairs. Blarrrrrrrgh! So there goes my lovely computer time until tomorrow night! *is pouting* So I'll be answering that post then (hopefully!). *has fingers crossed that the power won't be off that long*
You remember that fluffy-smushy Nine/Rose vid I was going to do as soon as I'm done with the Uber-Angst? Somebody just did it. *crosses that off my to-do list* ;)
I'm still forging on with the Uber-Angst. 46 seconds left until it's finished! (Well, at least until all of the clips are on the timeline. "Finished" is a whole other thing, lol! ;) )
I have to rec these Doctor Who macros just because obscuruslupa has a serious talent for picking screencaps with EXCELLENT expressions for the text! For my non-Whovian friends (who have somehow managed to not notice me mentioning this before, lol! ;) ) Christopher Eccleston is Nine and David Tennant is Ten, which is where those names are coming from.
Disclaimer: Despite the fact that they are poking fun at Nine, they just gave me a huge laugh so I wanted to share them! *goes to find Nine so as to have some quality "consoling" time* ;)
And now for the saga of Nine's jealousy of Ten: ;)
1st: Eccleston's Revenge (Hee, the second and third pics just kill me, lol! ;) Such perfect expressions! ;) )
2nd: Rose, WHY? (Rose's "I dunno" face is priceless but the real kicker is the expression on Ten's face with that psychic paper in the ninth pic.)
3rd: What're you looking at? (I very nearly had to slap Rose after this one, grrr... *cuddles Nine and his emo-ness* However, something about the fourth pic also made me think of "Tennant! Get off my lawn!" like someone mentioned in the comments, lol! ;) )
4th: I'm Gonna gets Lots of Chicks (Heeeee... And c'mon, Jack was just saying goodbye! He kissed Rose, too! ;) OT3, FTW! :D )
This may be completely indecipherable if you don't know which incarnations are who, I know, but I wanted to include it anyway. ;) This is from the parody show Dead Ringers. The first Doctor you see is Ten. The first time you see the other Doctors on the couch, it's Two, Four, Seven and Nine from left to right. The actor playing Four has Tom Baker's maniacal laugh down to a T! ;) That's also Nine who gives the "I was intense, me" speech. ;)
And now that I've complained, ranted, and given you lots of Doctor Who things that probably made sense to maybe 3 of you if I'm lucky, O_O ;) I'm off to bed! I'll see you tomorrow night (but hopefully before that!). *huge hugs* ♥♥♥!!!
