business men

Chris and I took our second trip to the coast in two days to sell glass and were disappointed for the second time. Yesterday on the way to the coast we were pulled over for speeding by the "Reno 911" cop(skinny one with black hair and mustache) but he let us go with a warning. He. . . was hilarious,

Today though no cops, just business. We went to the same store in Newport that we went to the day before (like they told us to) and the guy said not til the 10th of August. He told us to go see this lady in Lincoln City. All the hippy said was to take a left at the first light, it's the place with the giant cat-eye glasses above the door and she has a van with doll heads glued all over it , he was way off. Regardless we found it but the store was in the process of moving. So the lady gave us directions to the new place across town and to look for a car with big red horns on it. (?) In the middle of the directions a conservative angry man informed us we were park illegally.

So across town we drove and well . . . . . her directions were just as horrible. We found the place after going on foot and about 45 minutes. The lady was not interested at the time(which was not what the other lady said)

From there, Salem. We stopped in this place and the guy said we'd have to talk to the boss and said he'd be back in an hour. So we wasted an hour and some gas and returned.

This guy walks in, big goofy guy. He's talking about the heat and stuff then he starts saying personal stuff to someone and no one was with him. He starts getting in one of those somewhat pissed marriage arguments with himself only playing one role. It started scaring me until I realized that he didn't now where he was or that we were there. He wasn't blind though because he kept looking at stuff in the store. Then he walks to the door, says something like "somethings gonna happen, oh I need ID" and walks out.

Anyway I had a bad feeling that was the boss but I guess the boss never came in. All those burnouts are real spacey though. In the end we had no money or gas, but I put down 5 bucks to get us home. Suppose to go back tomorrow, eerrrr.
