Yes, I agree. It IS a beautiful pic.

Correction lang, sir, the photo credit should go to Nigel Cook of the Daytona Beach News-Journal, via the Associated Press (not the New York Times).

BTW, I looked him up, and guess what? He has a similar pic of the shuttle Atlantis taken way back in 1995 during a 3:13 a.am. launch. http://www.news-journalonline.com/photo/cook/photo12.htm

Aha. Thanks for the heads-up. I cribbed it from the NY Times page, but there was no accreditation there, and I assumed they took it themselves.

The photographer's other pic is good, but I like this new one better. I guess he believes that if a shot works, it's worth doing again. Bravo.

Wow! I have no words.

At some point, I would fantasize being able to "travel" in one of those. Who knows, di ba? Buti pa ang iPod. It's been evreywhere. i wonder, has anyone taken it to the summit of Everest?
