Prompting Period. Thurs 21st Feb - Thurs 28th Feb (23:59).
Writing Period. Thurs 21st Feb - Sat 2nd Mar (23:59).
24hr Window. Fri 1st Mar.
Winners Announced. Fri 8th MarCountdown til Window 'opens' || Countdown til Window 'closes'
EDIT: It's going to be another few days before I can do the Winners Post. Counting is a long process, guys. And I've suddenly hit the busy time I was trying to plan around (unsuccessfully, as it turns out).
Yes, this does mean you all have longer to send in your Team Fill lists - for the Masterlist (see below for details), and Piper's created an AO3 collection if you want to start getting your fills out into the big wide world (details in the General Queries comments).
Soon the Prompting Period will end so that more of us can survive you can all concentrate on finishing off your prompts without the threat of more prompts.
Of course, even then you'll want more prompts - because that's the kind of people you are (and I love it). So from the end of the Prompting Period - for 24 hours exactly - every team, and every member of those teams (whether you've finished all your prompts yet, or not) can start stealing.
The 24 Hour Window.
You will have 24 hours to steal prompts from other Team's posts. (Keep an eye on the countdown clocks above)
1. You cannot steal your own prompts (the one's you created), but you can steal those left by your teammates (which is pretty awesome coz they couldn't prompt you this whole time).
2. You can post fills you starting writing (for stolen prompts) before the 24 hour window 'opened' in fact I've encouraged you guys to start as soon as possible. If you have a swarm of fills ready to post, then comment them to your Team Post AFTER the window opens. Not a minute before. If you post before the window 'opens', that/those fill(s) won't be counted in your final tally.
3. You only have 24 hours to fill and post them. After that, you will be left with 24 hours to twiddle your thumbs if you've also written all the prompts your team received.
Or if you still have prompts that you haven't filled by then, you have that time to finish them off - and SURVIVE.

I'm planning on making up a Masterlist - because there's a lot of fic...as you've no doubt noticed.
For this I'm going to need a representative from each team to email me a list of ALL fills, ordered via prompter (ie the people who dropped those prompts for your team and then ran).
So that I can paste them together and people can rock up to the Fic Battle 2.0 Masterlist and go - OH, someone wrote that prompt I forgot I left, I should read this now.
Basically I need:

It may take you a while, but imagine how long it would take me, doing all five of them on my lonesome... O_o months. Plus you guys know your Team Posts better than anyone else, you won't miss any fills.
