Just to clarify, is the due date 11:59 am or pm? I assumed pm, just before midnight PST, but the countdown clock seems to indicate drafts are due just before noon PST.

Sorry about that! I've fixed it now. The deadline is midnight. (I was sort of half-awake and drugged with painkillers when I made the countdown clock XD)
