I just watched the documentary The Weather Underground. It was one of the best documentaries I have ever seen.

It didn't feel biased one way or another, though definitely sympathetic to the feelings of outrage the subjects felt. There was no self-insertion, not even someone asking questions, on or off-screen. It didn't lose its focus during the ( Read more... )

Hamlet 2 is amazing. OK, the first two thirds aren't but the last third makes up for that in spades.

Watch the clip "Rock Me Sexy Jesus." The sing-along one has other parts of the movie in it, it's not as good.
