I'm hearing weird stuff about lj possibly tanking... it could just be fear since they're making layoffs.  peeps on the flist talking about backing up their lj.  So, I did some research on it and here's how to do it.

Export your journal month by month using LJ's exporter

or you can use a client (I use Semagic)
