afoundobject... because when I was in art school, my one teacher went hog-wild on "found object art." I really like the concept, but it's also a real bullshit art concept wherein some people have these awesome finds and others just take some piece of crap and say, "there, it's art." So, I thought it was funny to have myself be a found piece of art.

Brooke. Because, thankfully, my Dad lost the "let's name her Brooklyn" argument. Also because my mother wanted me to be a southern novelist. Hence, the name Brooke Ashleigh Summers.

Magenta from RHPS because, well... just look at that hair. Also, because I've had SO MANY people tell me I look like Magenta. Also, because whenever I'd get together with friends for RHPS, I inevitably played Magenta, because, well... I'm lazy!

two reasons. 1) I love the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. "the lady, the doll, the grand empress..." is a part of a line that my favorite character from said movie, The Lady Chablis, says when addressing herself. 2) because I love using this line as my intro for my solo dancing. The first song I danced to for a gig as a solo was, "I'm No Good" by Amy Winehouse. Thus, I became "miss no good lyra."
