Back to School...
Just wanted to give you guys a quick
update before I head back onto the road. Sorry I haven't updated
this sooner or gotten online. I still don't have the internet
hooked up in my room so I can't get online that often. It should
be up sometime this week though so woo hoo!!!
My first week of college was awesome. Orientation weekend sucked some ass but there are three hot guys in my group so...yeah, not all bad. I've learned that the worst part of college is going to class. I swear my math teacher talks like Mr. Rogers and I have fallen asleep twice already. The class is super easy though so I'm not too worried. Spanish is a lot of fun. The teacher is really cool. She speaks mostly spanish to us but she does it slowly and gestures a lot so it's easy to understand her. Journalism is going to be a bitch but I like it. I already had to write a paper for it on Friday and I've got another one due on Wednesday. *pulls hair out* I suck at papers. My last class sucks the most. We have to read these stupid essays and constantly write papers over it. I finished my paper due Monday last night so it's all good.
The people at Transy are super cool. JMcD, aka Lunchbox, is my Student Orientation Leader and he's freaking awesome. He introduced me to a lot of people. I've met my soul mate. Her name is Rosie and she is exactly like me. Scary I know. But it sucks cause she in the sorority Alpha Omicron Pi and I can't hang out with her until rush week begins, or ends...I'm not too sure. I think that I am going to join a sorority. They say that Transy sororities aren't anything like sororities at other schools. They say its more like a club than your life so...it should be interesting.
I've been hanging out with my friend Chelsey for the most part. We met these guys Scotty and Luke and it looks like we are going to be having some crazy times. It's gonna be awesome.
Anyways, I came home for the weekend cause I missed my Jon so freakin' much. I have to leave here in a few cause I've got some mandaory seminar I have to go to at 7. Driving sucks so much ass. Someone needs to invent the teleporter already. Oh, I saw The Exorcism of Emily Rose last night. Go see it. It's a great movie.
