The change that had taken place on the island was strange, to put it lightly. She hadn't decided if it was weirder than last month, but if nothing else, it definitely seemed a lot more fun than crazy lightning powers and fighting movie monsters. She hadn't been to a fair in several years, not since she was a teenager, and found she was actually really excited for it.
After deciding to skip her evening class (after all, she'd rationalized, the fair could be gone by tomorrow, and she'd have hated to miss it) and putting on the cute dress the clothing box had given her a few days before, she headed over to Tunny's room and knocked on his door. “Hey, it's Penny. Are you in?”
