although the facts seem to be a little jumbled in the first article:

"BISI Inc. is entering into negotiations with the publishers and pursuing an out-of-court settlement"
does this mean that my copyright clearance skills are marketable, again?
ooh, there is a capitalist bone left in my body -- i almost feel guilty!
anyway, working with professors and publishers was fun, most of the time.
especially the detective work -- i think it was the most cthulhuoid job i've ever held!
