ups and downs
Yesterday I was down...no kidding, as if it wasn't obvious by post yesterday. Today was a better day. I'm not sure why, but I did make a point of leaving my desk for the entire lunch hour. I must do this every day.
It was a perfect day weather wise as far as I am concerned. Not too hot; 22 C or 71.6 F, sunny with a bit of a breeze and not much humidity. Sleeping will be very comfortable tonight. Speaking of sleeping, I'm starting to get sleepy and it's only 9:20. Too early for bed yet. I guess I should go make my lunch for work tomorrow.
