Day 17
This evening Hubby and I put up our Christmas tree. So tonight I am thankful for things related to that.
161. In our 32 years together our tree has never fallen down (for this I am very grateful)
162. popsicle sticks, yarn, construction paper, macaroni and lots of white glue - treasures created by chubby little hands many years ago
163. ornaments that have withstood (more or less) "taste testing" by both cats and dogs
164. the wicker angel that has been our tree topper for 25(?) years
165. warm white LED Christmas lights
166. my collection of "cat ornaments" (there are quite a few)
167. the smell of a real tree(from years past)
168. popcorn garland
169. reminiscing as we decorate
170. the furring of the tree skirt has begun (the cats like to lay under the tree)
