List at least 10 things you love about yourself.
It's amazing how honest you are about your life in your own journals, but damn - braggin' every once in a while wouldn't kill ya! ;-)
Go ahead. Toot your own horn as loud as you want.
Here is my list:
1. I'm honest in that if I've been shopping and discover after I'm home that something wasn't rung in, I'll go back and pay for it.
2. I'm loyal.
3. I don't give up easily.
4. I'm a good mom.
5. I'm a good wife.
6. I'm creative.
7. I'm curious; I love to learn new things.
8. I love my eyes, glasses, wrinkles and all.
9. I'm a good cook.
10. I try to treat everyone the way I would like to be treated; with respect and kindness.
11. This is related to #3 but I'm especially proud of the fact that at age 45 I joined the Canadian Military Reserves, completed basic training, soldier qualification and trade training. I was older than most of my instructors and old enough to be mom to most of the other recruits. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done.
