Not feeling fantastic this morning. I think stress and a lack of sleep have caught up with me. Walked the dog in the pristine early morning cold and snow. Breath steaming out of my mouth, slow morning thoughts filling my head. When I can manage to get up early to walk the dog I enjoy it.
