The Devil Wears Dockers
I forgot to post this, from the good old days this summer at Legal Aid.
Attorney: I am not going to be prepared for the hearing tomorrow, because you didn't draft that order I gave you to do, damn it!
Me: Did you, seriously, just storm in my office and cuss at me for not doing something for you?
Attorney: . . .
Me: That is so AWESOME! I feel like I am getting the real "summer intern" experience! Hooray! I am totally going to blog about the hard life of a legal intern at the hands of an abusive experienced attorney!
Attorney: (laughing) Like anyone would want to read about working here. What are you going to call it, "The Devil Wears Dockers?"
(They actually treated me like royalty all summer, so it was pretty funny when I got uppity that he swore in my general direction.)
