PROJECT ROAD BIKE: Touring Bike Progress Update #2
Bike nutters in attendance:
1. kristoffej, the man. 'Nuff said. (oh, and he has tools...)
2. aerospcgrl, the hostess with the mostest, and the one with the bike.
3. Demitaita, our indispensable camera wielder.
4. iprj, comic relief.
Things accomplished:
1. Front and rear derailleurs are nominally installed. ...in-lbs NOT ft-lbs... N-m maybe... :)
2. Tires seated and actually pumped to 120psi... I got a "big-girl" pump.
3. Downtube shifter stops located (whew) and installed.
4. iprj was crowned king of REI.
5. Italian summer food was eaten, beer was drunk, and pie was had.
6. General sillyness.
