Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack....

Well, this was one of those days when you really just don't know which way is up - which way is down - you're just all around screwed up. Work was crazy and hectic. We had a 50's Sock Hop to celebrate the store's 50th anniversary. This would have been really cool, if it wasn't pouring rain all afternoon. I felt so bad for my boss, Anthony. He worked so hard to put this event together- the bridge players' theatre company came out to play different 50's characters and 98.1 WOGL came out, but there was hardly anyone there to see them. People flooded the store to stay out of the rain - yet, no one seemed to be buying anything. Grrrr...

Also, while I was at work I kept thinking about another situation in my life that I can't really talk to anyone else about without pissing them off, worrying them, or upsetting them. I just wish I could say how I felt and not be afraid of it, but that would make life way too easy.

So, then I drove a little bit to get to the Bible Club's End of the Year party. Haha - if only JL knew we are having another party for him in a couple of days! That was a good, relaxing time - singing, sharing stories, and playing some games. It was really awesome to just kick back and relax.

Then, on the drive home, I started thinking again and really haven't stopped since. However, there is one thing and two people in particular that are helping me forget about it. THE ANAHEIM MIGHTY DUCKS - ESPECIALLY Paul Kariya and J.S. Giguerre. They totally rock my world. I can't wait to see game 7 on Monday night!

Well, I have 2 big speeches to make tomorrow afternoon and have neither one written - so, I should probably do that or Fae might eat me.

I was going to end there, but my dad just made one of the funniest statements I have heard in a long time- Speaking of "Finding Nemo" - "You mean they weren't real fish?" .........that's all I have to say about that. LOL!
