it's been a while
OK! So it's been a really friggin' long time since I wrote an entry in my journal. I'm not going to try to recap the last month and a half for you, because that would get really boring. All I will say is that I have been having a lot of fun - finished among the top 10 teams in the country at ICDC - got my diamond ring - and have been preparing myself for June 19th.
Prom was this past Thursday and much to my surprise it was a lot of fun. I was very apprehensive about going, but I'm really glad I did. This weekend has been full of crappy weather. So, instead of hitting the beach - Carrie and I hit up the Franklin Institute on Friday. It was really weird to be back there, but it was fun reliving my childhood.
Now, moving on to today. Sometimes, you don't realize how much you miss someone until you see them again. Today, I went with my best friend, Gina, and her family to see X-2 (what a good flick!). Then, we went back to her house - played a little DDR and then watched one of the greatest movies ever made - THE BOONDOCK SAINTS!!!! She is so friggin awesome and being with her today just makes me realize how lucky I am to have a friend like her. I can't wait until next year when we get to hang out all the time at TCNJ! Speaking of which, I leave for TCNJ in less than 3 months! HOLLA!! I can not wait to get out of Cinnaminson!
