OMG! I hated Peri. I hated Turlough too, but at least he didn't have that nasally, whiny voice. Ew.

I have never met anyone, online or in RL, who actually *liked* the character. And as for Turlough - well, he was ginger (I have a thing for readheads and did have when I was in my teens too).

Bwah. I agree with everything you said about Peri, except I don't know Turlough yet so at least I don't have that against her. Caves of Adrozani was the first Peri story I saw, and it was supposed to be so desperate and sad, but I just couldn't get over the stupidity of dying to save *her*. And the accent was truly terrible.

And hooray P.C. Andy! I don't think of him by his last name, either, in fact I usually can't even remember it. I've never seen the actor in anything else, but since it's almost always characters I'm attracted to and not the actors, I imagine it would be the same for him.

I loved Tom, even back in his original guise in the whole Wesley Crusher crash debacle. And I'm in complete agreement about PC Andy too.

You're right about Adam, he's a completely different person to Methos, it's almost like John Smith/the Doctor - they are that separate and different, although of course Adam has all Methos' memory, he's a totally different personality. It's not simply that Adam is Methos, more a creation of Methos like an actor playing a role.

You make some good points about Adam Pierson and Methos. I remember noting the difference between the characters and how the lines became blurred to virtually non-existent. (Especially in 'Judgment Day' and 'One Minute to Midnight' - how did the Watchers not realize that *wasn't* Adam Pierson that strode in there on Joe's behalf?)

Considering the Watchers were supposed to Watch they weren't half inobservant at times...

You can have C or K, I'm having an indecisive moment and can't decide which. Of course you can always do both if you're feeling really enthusiastic (I've only just managed to dig around in my head for enough 'F's).
