Busy Busy
Today was busy. Got my eye exam and some new contacts that so far are just lovely. My eyes do not hurt at all! Went to the college to see Charlie, but he was not there. I did get to see Susan, and I asked her to tell him I said hi. Went to lunch with Red's parents. That was really fun. They are so great. Got my giant box of Easy Mac from them (BIG smiles!). Tried to visit Cindy, but either they did not hear me knock, or they were in a therapy session, so I left. I will try again tomorrow.
Met Jade at B&N to get Red's DVD's back. While I was waiting on her, I managed to find $20 worth of books I wanted: Beowolf and a compilation of Irish Fairy and Folk Tales by W.B. Yeats. Left and went to Christy's for dinner. Took me almost an hour and a half to get there because of a bad wreck. After dinner, I took her to Outback for her first drink. Came home and showed her the stuff Mom got me then took her home so she could go to bed.
I was going to start transfering some of those Disney VHS tapes to DVD, but Stephen was watching a movie. He was not done until 1, and now I am too tired to actually do the finishing on the DVD player. Jade is coming over tomorrow after I take Mom to see Raven, so we will do 3 or 4 DVD's then. Just got an e-mail from Rob about rush. Need to call him tomorrow. And Dylan. Limewire is not working, and it is driving me nuts. I want my songs.
I am so tired... that probably means I should go to sleep... so I think I will do that now.
