Take that closet

While things didn't quite go as planned I did sort out the upstairs closet yesterday over the course of a few hours.  I purged at least a third of the towels so that now everything fits on the shelves.  I purged the thread bare guest sheets and other junk that had found its way into hiding, like the brace to the A/C unit that doesn't work.  I sorted both my fabric and yarn stash into 4 plastic bins.  There is an overflow bin that will go into the basement until I decide what to do with it.  Its got a bag with 15 or so skeins inherited from someone who processed a whole fleece (One of these days I'll make a coat out of it), some hats my grandmother knit that I can't bring myself to let go of just yet, and a sweater I started from recycled yarn (from an ugly sweater).  I even condensed my collection of old 35mm camera equipment from 2 bags to one.  Only 1 of the 3 cameras works so I'll likely be unloading the other 2 in this years garage sale.  Though I might try to have the 2nd Pentax repaired - I suspect it really just needs a good cleaning.

I'm going to start the Cure this week.  Because Jamie has pretty much outgrown the bassinette we're going to swap the kitchen and bedroom weekends to get the crib up sooner.  Its going to be an adventure =)
