Stash busting hats
These are overdue xmas gifts. Looking like they're going to turn into xmas in July gifts. Not terribly practical with knits but geography doesn't really care about that.
The skull is done in duplicate stitch, not my best work but I'm hoping it will settle with wearing. The recipient is allergic to wool so this one is all acrlyic from stash.
Pattern: Mairead by Tara-Marie Phillips, yarn is mystery from stash. I knew there wasn't enough for a slouche so I went for a beanie with small pompom. Things still sort of pucker even after blocking. Looks better on a person than the wig head at least.
