In alphabetical order, we have:

Ah-Choo, a male Indian Flying Fox (Pteropus giganteus), recently has had a small healing abrasion on his right wrist. I do not currently have his biographical information. I will look it up later if time permits. He was born prematurely on October 29th, 1998 to Akha (dam) and Raja (sire). On April 4th, 2000 he was loaned to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and he was returned on October 12th, 2000.

Valkyrie is a female Variable (Island) Flying Fox (Pteropus hypomelanus). She is distinctive for the cocoa brown markings on her head. Valkyrie was born at Lubee on January 28th, 1999 to Vixen. On June 7th, 2000 she was loaned to the Guadalajara Zoo in Mexico, and she was returned to us on November 29th, 2000. On October 19th, 2005 she gave birth to Venus.

Zoe is another P. hypomelanus. She is very pregnant, and is due any time now. If I find the pup, I plan on naming it Zoso. Zoe could definitely win a prize for most transfered bat, possibly due to her somewhat unpleasant demeanor. She was born at Lubee on March 11th 1993. On May 18th, 1994 she was loaned to the Greenville Zoo, and she was returned on December 7th of the same year. Then on May 2nd, 1995 she was loaned to the Jackson Zoo, and returned on June 19th, 1996. April 17th, 1997 she was transferred to Tallahassee Museum of Natural Science, and she was again returned on October 2nd, 1997. She has been at Lubee ever since.
