where you want to be
So the most eventful thing to my day was when I found my library card! I immediately went online to request some books. I don't even remember all of them, but two were from Oprah's Book Club. LAUGH. One of them takes place in NOVA SCOTIA, so that got my attention. I wasn't going to get it just because it takes place in here, but luckily the story looked pretty good. So in about a week, or maybe less, I'll be reading some books. :oD
I'm watching Boiling Points on MTV right now. It is funny watching people freak out. I think I would be one of the people to wait it out. Just because I am usually patient when it comes to strangers, and I wouldn't have the courage to tell anyone off.
In other news, Mom and Kim broke up. He came out yesterday and told her that he is going to TRY and work things out with his wife. I feel really bad for my mom though. I think she's been effed over by way to many guys...some boys. Hopefully some day she will find a nice young lad. But at least this guy was 100% better than Roy...she's learning. He just wasn't over his wife. So yes, next time how about a nice guy...who isn't on the rebound?
My Brad got a job a couple weeks ago, except he wasn't worked a day yet. The people are really being dumb. He has to call everyday, sometimes even twice to see if there's work. Usually it's a "call back tomorrow." So when he calls back the next day it's a "call back tomorrow." And it has been like that for two weeks EXCEPT for today when it said he had work today but then his boss lady called and she said he's not on that shift anymore but to HANG IN THERE TIGHT! haha, Brad said she said that so many times he never wants to hear those words again. And that's all.
P.S: I made shortbread cookies today and decorated them with pretty pink and lime green icing. Too bad they tasted like playdough.
