"Shabby chic." = Beat up, torn to bits, and overpriced.
"Close to metro!" = 20+ walk through a crappy neighborhood, or four bus transfers.
"Like new" = I'm going to take $10 off the New price at IKEA and hope that you don't notice.
"Desirable neighborhood" = I really hope you haven't been watching the news.
"Vintage" = My parents owned it and I co-opted it during college.
"Cozy" = You can fit a couch and a twin bed in here. Maybe. If you loft the bed.
