I just spent the better part of 2hrs watching a car chase on tv. this thing is hilarious. even mom stopped what she was doing to watch.. she called the guy "Pickup Truck Hero" 'cause he had a nice way of maneuvering around things -- as graceful as a ballet dancer ( Read more... )

You probably don't know this, but I read your journal. I just noticed that you hadn't written in a week and went back to see if I had missed something. So I read the run-away Pick-Up Truck Post again and laughed. I'm amused by things like that. I remember watching the OJ chase when I was 12 or so.

Well, I sort've know since you've commented before (not being snarky, but true! heh) ;D
I read yours, too... even if I'm always behind lately.. like now.. ahah. really, I'm only like a page farther along than this particular post, so to me, it doesn't seem so long ago.. heh.
I did consider posting this week, but due to storms, the connection was too slow or not working at all (yay to stealing when I had to!) to upload anything, but probably next week I'll get to that if the weather doesn't go crazy again.

For OJ, I was in 9th grade, gym class when the chase ended. :D

Hehe, still stealing the wifi? :^P My neighbors told me their wifi has been slow ever since Soop and I moved in and set up wifi, too. It sucks.

The weather was INSANE here today...maybe your storms came up here! A few nights ago, the electric went out so I hid in the basement with the cat. Yuck.

You should make sure you and your neighbors' routers are on different channels. I think there can still be interference, but that might help some.

We had storms today, too. But this computer is on a UPS; yay. What time were your storms? You may have gotten some of ours, too. :-)

Aw, you know where I am.. we talked on chat the other night ;P
As said above, the weather has just been too crazy for the internet to be stable enough to upload what I wanted to upload. plus, sometimes I do think a break from posting is a good idea. I've taken a week off before.. at least lately. posts'll probably continue next week!
