Went to the
Games Convention Asia exhibition today, with the sibling. Wandered about like a kid in a candy shop. Both of us were quite taken with
Lair: dragon-centric game for the PS3, incredibly gorgeous. However, same cannot be said for the controls. There was also a stage, on which was performed the most excruciating rendition of Sexyback I hope

I love dragons. Did I mention that? When I was a kid, all I could think about was how awesome it would be to be a dragonrider (this after my obsession with dinosaurs - my mother was sure I was actually the child of some sort of bizarre lizard).

If you love dragons, have you ever read Naomi Novik's Temeraire series? It is pretty much amazing, and I would recommend this book a thousand times over. ♥ I don't normally like dragons or naval settings, but this book won me over.
I was obsessed with dinosaurs as a child too! I blame it on Jurassic Park, which had both my siblings and I totally obsessed. My youngest brother wanted to be Alan Grant. XDDD
T_T I know what you mean! I went to the games store today and saw that LAIR cost S$105, or US $68. AND I'd still need a PS3 to play it. *facepalm* I told myself I wouldn't get one til the ENGLISH version of FFXIII came out.

! My brother loved Dinotopia! ;) I didn't, but I loved the artbooks. They were AMAZING.
XDDDD!! Eragon was a dragon movie! Did you watch it? Or got scared off by the horrible plot? XDD ( ... )

If I find a ripped copy, I'll definitely upload it for you! And Dinotopia has the most ZOMGGORGEOUS ARTWORK. I remember just starring at it with glazed eyes in the library. I suppose I was always an artbook aficionado in that respect.
Ah, I didn't watch Eragon...the plot did indeed scare me off >_O and I hadn't read the book, either. The R.A. Salvatore series is The Spearwielder's Tale. I love the Drizzt series to death, I really need to go out and just buy up all of the books with him in it. He was my...D&D bishounen XD; I don't remember Artemis, and Jarlaxle only faintly in memory...The Spearwielder's Tale is really quite cute and the way it is written is pretty lighthearted and snarky. I love the sarcasm and snark. You should pick it up just as an aside if you get the time!
