It's so strange when you chance upon accounts of the way you used to be, written by other people. Reading one's own LJ entries can still come as a surprise - case in point, I used to be like
this, and though it was written one-and-a-half years ago, it's so irrepressibly genki and high-on-life that I'm amazed at how I've changed since then

!!! Why yes! It was a really great coincidence! ♥
I HOPE TO BUMP INTO YOU MORE IN THE FUTURE ♥
LOVES HUGGING PEOPLE. Especially if they are you. ♥
XDDDDD Parental memories of us are such good FUN.
Even if (and sometimes especially if) they are embarrassing. XD

The line I get the strangest feeling reminds me of an All Saints song named Saints and Sinners. ;)
I used to think that we lose as much as we allowed ourselves to lose, too. But now I think there are some parts of us that we sometimes can't help losing, even if we want to hold on to them. Sometimes there is no going back to a certain way of being, not after the way you look at the world has been changed.
But I like to believe that we can hold on to the best in us, though. ;)
YES!! We definitely SHOULD do lunch or tea after classes! XD I may actually even NEED lunch/tea after my exam on the 2nd of June! Will you be free then, after 4pm in the afternoon? ;) If you've not been to Sun With Moon in Wheelock place (a Japanese restaurant) for tea, we can go, if you want? ♥
ME TOO! XDDDD

But 想当年-ing is fun :) It's always good for some laughs and lots of happy memories :)
Chibi Kadaj, it's a rare wonderful day in London! There's so much sun and the sky is so beautifully clear, and it's so. damn. fscking. warm. Wish you were here so we could drag Nii-san out (from work!) and have sandwiches and smoothies at Lincoln's Inn Fields!

Guess what?
I start work next Monday.
I wish I had more remaining free days. It feels like a whole chunk of my life has just ended and another about to start...

CONGRATULATIONS! ♥ I knew you were to start work soon but didn't know when! ;)
Worlds apart, a milestone begins for us on the same day!!!
OH SOBS - I know exactly how you feel. D: My idyllic (comparatively!) student days are slipping out of my hands and soon I will be CONSUMED by the demands of EMPLOYMENT!
Doesn't it feel just like the holidays ending, as school starts? Only now this is the REAL-WORLD SCHOOL?

I think it's sad sometimes that we lose parts of our old life that we once loved so much, but I also think that change brings a future with more good in it than we'd imagine or expect is there, and it's up to us to find that out. ;) Besides, WORK = MONEY = MORE ABYSS DOUJIN more purchasing power!
Was it really two years ago? *shock + wistful smile* In my heart it still feels like just yesterday. It doesn't feel two years ago. I still remember sitting outside the British Museum waiting for you and Darren to come out! :) And then looking for you in the Borders on Charing Cross.
I know it was another time, and another life, but inside my memories it feels like it's just there, only as far away as yesterday. Like I could reach out and touch that moment, still.

I would never be able to study law. -_-' It seems like it would be a ridiculously huge amount of information to process and remember, and those are two things I do not do well. : \ Good luck with your job!! ♥

HOLY TERROR, YES! ;) It should be an Abyss mystic arte. ;) And for FIFTEEN YEARS! I mellowed as I grew older.
And the boy she used to beat up wants to marry her! VIOLENCE = LOVE! It's like how little boys in kindergarten used to throw rocks at girls to show that they liked them! XD
You never know, you might? *grin* I never actually even thought of studying law until two months before I had to choose whether or not to do it. A lot of people who read law, or who went into the profession, didn't think they could or wanted to do it until they did. ;) But yeah - it's a lot of memory work and information processing. *snug* Thank you so much for the well-wishes, I'll certainly need them! ♥

D: It would be Asch mystic arte, because his has continued for fifteen years as well. I feel bad for Van and Legretta and EVERYONE who had to look after him.
VIOLENCE = LOVE FTW. Abyss is full of it, as is pretty much every other anime/game/movie/book in existance. all the good ones anyhow
I'm sure you'll do beautifully! I'll probably end up changing my major an infinite amount of times as well, even though I really need to decide rather quickly on it O .O'

HOLY TERROR? XDDD I thought it would be Anise, but Asch is good, too! ;)
Kinda like the HOLY FLAME OF LIGHT, GONE REAL BAD.
I've always imagined Asch as having raised himself (hence the awful manners), but yeah - pity on those who had to handle his outbursts of adolescent temper.
XDDDD I love anime where VIOLENCE = LOVE the best. ;) KKM, one of my deepest loves, has slapping = proposal. XD
*grin* We'lll see: I'm not even sure I want to to do this for all of my life. But as for changing majors: does being a liberal arts major help? I was told it was the best for those who hadn't yet decided what they wanted to do. Unless you want to do science, in which case it's a little different?
